Guest bed: always there, never in the way

It’s a dilemma: if you don’t have a separate guest room, it’s difficult to find a quiet corner for the overnight visitor. Looking at it another way: having a room that is exclusively reserved for guests is a lot of room that is unused for most of the year.

The furnishing professionals from Häfele came to the conclusion: the ideal guest room would have to be available at all times but not take up space during everyday life. They therefore developed a comfortable sleeping place which is never in the way and always there when you need it.

Attractive storage space

The sight of the guest bed is the promise of a good night’s sleep. The storage space above the large lying area is also a dream. The aluminium and glass frame of the sliding door is just as interesting an eye-catcher as the strip lights inside the compartments. The LED’s provide appealing lighting effects with their extensive range of colours. If necessary, the sliding door can be securely locked using the Dialock electronic access control system.

The bed folds into the cabinet

When the guest has left, the bed also disappears from view. It disappears into the wall unit with a few manual operations. Now a cosy sofa appears – the ideal place to contemplate the recent visit in organised harmony.
