Sibylle Thierer will manage the family business from 2003 to the end of 2022. In 2023 she hands over overall responsibility to Gregor Riekena. As Chairwoman of the Board of Directors, she is also responsible for controlling and steering the Häfele Group.

Managing director abroad/foreign business

Stefan Huber joined Häfele in 1996 as a product manager. In 1998 he was appointed Managing Director of Häfele Japan. In 2006 he was appointed to the management of Häfele Worldwide.
