The DIALOCK Furniture Terminal (DFT)

The new DIALOCK DFT signals a completely new application for electronic access control. It activates locks in desks, filing cabinets, wardrobes, drawers and display cabinets with DIALOCK’s touchless technology. Here a transponder stick is employed which is just held in front of the reader to activate the lock. The readers can be visible or in a security sensitive environment (jewellers, banks) can be hidden behind the wood so that only the key-holder knows their exact location. Complex locking hierarchies of almost any size can be established and altered very easily to adapt to changing requirements.

DIALOCK DTSH – Touchless Guest Room System

This revolutionary system has left the competition standing. It was developed in co-operation with several internationally renowned Hotel chains and incorporates all functions which are important for the benefit of the guest as well as the hotel operator. The DIALOCK operates touchless, i.e. the guest just holds his key-card in front of the unit’s reader - the lock engages and allows the guest to enter his room.The DIALOCK DTSH comes with sleek looking 316 Stainless Steel housings that exude quality and sturdiness.

The use of this base material also allows the free choice of about any surface colour the interior designer would like to use. A revolutionary PVD coating on these finishes guarantees that the appearance will remain as new for many years to come. The same applies to the choice of handles.With the DIALOCK DTSH customers can use just about any handle design they favour and that will also match with handles on the other doors in the hotel. The DIALOCK DTSH is also self locking. When the door closes the deadbolt is automatically triggered and dead-locks the door. There is a Do Not Disturb thumb-turn function which ensures privacy.

The batteries last 1.5 – 2 years and are easy to change. Should the batteries discharge completely the lock goes into open function to enable the maintenance staff to enter the room and change them. An audit trail of up to 500 activities including when the manual emergency key is used is also available to ensure that you can check on who was in and out of the guest room and when. Hafele has already equipped major 5-Star hotels in India (including all the Hyatt’s) with the DIALOCK system and provides mature and reliable interfaces to all common Hotel Management Systems. That includes Fidelio’s new "Opera"
system which was interfaced with in Inter-Continental Marine Drive, Mumbai.
