Sales Coordinator - OEM's

Häfele India Pvt. Ltd. Is a leading supplier for Furniture Fittings and Architectural Fittings. We are currently expanding our resource base and have an opening for a Sales Coordinator in the specified locations.

POSITION: Sales coordinator - OEMs

LOCATION: Mumbai, Ahmedabad

EXPERIENCE: 2 to 5 years. Candidate from Ply/ furniture industry preferred. Experience in handling OEMs/ Manufacturers / Projects/ Hospitality/ /Trade division) Candidates having experience in handling architects/interior designers/ dealers/interior contractors can also apply.

JOB DESCRIPTION
• To initiate, build up and develop successful supply relationships for Hafele/Blum products among OEMs/ manufacturers in the territory.
• To ensure that all payments to customers handled are collected on time.
• To ensure that ‘C” Forms and  other such forms are collected on time and  forwarded to Head Office
• To establish relationships with manufacturers, architects, interior designers and contractors operating in the territory.
• To follow up project enquiries.
• To make quotations for supplies as per company policy and approve Performa’s for dispatch of material.

QUALIFICATION: Graduate / BE Mechanical. MBA marketing preferred
