Sales Coordinator
Häfele India Pvt. Ltd. Is a leading supplier for Furniture Fittings and Architectural Fittings. We are currently expanding our resource base and have an opening for a Sales Coordinator in the below mentioned regions.
Key Responsibilities include the following. Other responsibilities may be assigned:
POSITION: Sales coordinator / Sr. Sales Executive
LOCATION: Nagpur, Ahmedabad, Surat, Baroda, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Vishakapatnam
EXPERIENCE: 2- 5 Years in handling architects/ interior designers/ dealers/ interior contractor.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• To initiate, build and develop successful supply relationships for Hafele/Blum products among project / hospitality/ manufacturers/Trade clients in the territory.
• To ensure that all payments from customers handled are collected on time.
• To ensure that ‘C” Forms and other such forms are collected on time and forwarded to Head Office
• To establish relationships with architects, interior designers and contractors operating in the territory.
• To co-ordinate the working of project dealers and provide them necessary training and support including monitoring of stocks.
• To follow up project enquiries.
• To make quotations for project supplies as per company policy and approve Performa’s for dispatch of material.
QUALIFICATION: Graduate / BE Mechanical. MBA marketing preferred

Good communication skills
Good probing, selling and negotiating skills
