Häfele India Pvt. Ltd. Is a leading supplier for Furniture Fittings and Architectural Fittings. We are currently expanding our resource base and have an opening for a Business Development manager for our Kitchen Division in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities include the following. Other responsibilities may be assigned::
POSITION: Business Development Manager- Kitchen Division
LOCATION: Mumbai
EXPERIENCE: 3-5 Years relevant experience in kitchen/appliance industry
JOB DESCRIPTION: • Identify and develop new streams for long term revenue growth. • Develop marketing intelligence for generating leads. • Evolve market segmentation and penetration strategies to achieve targets. • Establish goals, short term and long term budgets, forecasts and developing business plans for the achievement of these goals. • Formulating and implementing business plan for every region. • Maintaining relationships with customers, architects, lighting consultants and interior contractors to achieve repeat referral business. • Identify and network with channel partners / franchisees, develop the distribution channel, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach. • Evaluate and achieve sales budgets and keep collection under control. • Provide direction to execute promotions/launches in sync with regional teams. • Lead, manage and coordinate all sales operations.
QUALIFICATION: Graduate + MBA/PG-Marketing
AGE: Less than 32 Years
