Index Furniture Fair 2008

Häfele conquered the hearts of visitors at the Index Trade Fair show held in Mumbai from 28th Sept to 2nd Oct 2008, with a unique display of Kitchen Fittings, Bathroom Fittings, Wardrobe Fittings, Sliding Fittings and Door Fittings.

The concept of this year’s show for Häfele was “Your Interiors. Your Way”. This concept emphasizes the fact that Häfele will enable the end consumers to customize their interiors exactly the way they want it. Häfele India is the only ‘One –Stop-Shop’ in the country which offers a wide variety of products to choose from and also the freedom to customize their interiors within their budget.

At the Index Trade Fair, 2008, Häfele showcased some surprising solutions for architects, interior designers and end users too. Four different kitchens were displayed at the Häfele stall, The Häfele Premium Kitchen, Mid Range kitchen, Project Kitchen and The Blum Kitchen. The Häfele Kitchens consisted of High End Cooker Hoods and Hobs, Sinks, Corner Solutions, Midway Systems, and many more functional and innovative fittings, whereas the Blum Kitchen consisted of Blum Lift-up systems, Servo Drive (Electrical opening support system for drawers and pull-outs), Blum Hinges, etc. Besides these, the Furniture Fittings display consisted of various sliding fittings for wardrobe, furniture handles, wardrobe accessories, etc enhancing the functionality and aesthetics of the furniture.

The new and stylish range of Aquasys Bathroom Fittings (Vanity Units, Bathroom Accessories and Shower Cubicles) left the visitors wanting more. The Silent Metalglas sliding door system from Häfele created new, fascinating possibilities for the use of rooms and furnishings. A concealed soft-closing mechanism for glass doors ensures that the sliding doors are closed in a gentle and quiet manner. Amongst all these, the other attractions at the Häfele stall was the Lighting Solution, Designer Lever Handles, Dialock Furniture Terminal, Ellipta Control Arm for Flat Screen Computers, Plasma Lift and many more.

Häfele booth was stormed by visitors from across industries, like Architects, Interior Designers, Product Designers, Builders, OEM Dealers, Contractors and End Users. Anybody visiting the Häfele booth was fascinated by the functionality of all the products. The crowd experienced comfort and functionality wherever they looked – all aimed at satisfying the wishes and requirements of the users.
